Zirconia

At Natural Aesthetics, we offer an all-ceramic alternative to lithium-disilicate called Zirconium-dioxide, or Zirconia (Zr) for short. Presently, there are hundreds of zirconia products in the marketplace; however, using zirconia specially formulated by B&D Dental, called Origin Beyond+, Natural Aesthetics is able to offer restorations which meet our research and development team’s rigid standards for both durability and aesthetics.

Because we use multilayered and transitionally translucent zirconia for our monolithic zirconia crowns, our crowns afford our clients and their patients some of the most esthetic and durable monolithic zirconia restorations available. They are gentle on opposing enamel for patients who grind their teeth, yet strong enough for long-span bridges, with an average biaxial flexural strength of 1,200 MPa. These crowns are available in all 16 Vita Classic shades and several bleach shade options.
