Dental Lab Warranty, Overview, and Coverage
At Natural Aesthetics, we are dedicated to ensuring that every dental device we produce meets your highest expectations. If you encounter any issues—whether upon receipt or at the time of insertion—we are committed to adjusting, repairing, or replacing the device at no additional charge while preserving the full warranty period. (Please note: The warranty period begins on the shipment date from our facility, not on the insertion date.)
I. Warranty Overview
Our warranty guarantees that each device is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. Should you experience any unsatisfactory performance within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device (excluding any clinical fees) to maintain our high quality standards.
II. Warranty Duration & Device Coverage*
Warranty periods vary based on the type of device:
Temporary Appliances & Repairs: Covered for 60 days from shipment.
(Includes, surgical guides, temporary crowns/bridges, etc.)
Fixed Restorations & Select Removable Appliances: Covered for 2 years.
(Includes zirconia restorations, Emax, All Ceramic, porcelain-fused-to-metal, full cast metal, etc.)
Zirconia & Select Implant Prosthetics: Covered for 2 years.
(Encompasses specific zirconia implant bridges and titanium abutments.)
G-cam Restorations, Bars, & Titanium Abutments: Covered for 3 years.
All on X Restorations: Covered for 1 year.
(includes Monolithic zirconia, Thimble, straight bar)
For supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE), unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days, while non-single-use items are warranted for 30 days and may be eligible for replacement or credit.
*we reserve the right to review each adjust or remake on a case by case basis, and will either repair or replace at our sole direction.
III. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please include the following with your return:
A brief explanation of the issue.
The original work authorization or proof of purchase.
A new, completed work authorization form (if applicable).
All accompanying models, original materials, and any alloy (if applicable).
Please ensure that your account is current and fully paid, as outstanding balances may affect the warranty service provided.
IV. Exclusions & Non-Warranty Items
The warranty is intended solely for defects under normal usage conditions. It does not cover:
Devices that have been repaired, relined, rebased, or otherwise altered from their original, new condition.
Work or repairs performed by another laboratory or any modifications not aligned with the original work order.
Devices compromised by accidental damage, patient non-compliance, or changes in dental structure/habits beyond our control.
Cases where clinically requested alterations or laboratory modifications deviate from the original specifications.
Immediate denture appliances and similar products where fit and occlusion predictability is limited.
Any device or work originally manufactured by another company.
V. Extended Implant Limited Warranty (Bars & Abutments)
For implant-supported restorations, if an implant fails after final restoration placement—and if the implant manufacturer does not honor their warranty—Natural Aesthetics will, upon meeting eligibility criteria and following the claim procedure, reimburse the verifiable cost of a replacement implant (of the same make and model, with the same dimensions) and remake the associated device at no extra charge.
Note: If the implant fails before the device is placed, the warranty does not cover implant replacement. Claims must be reported within 90 days of discovering the defect.
VI. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Except for the express warranty provided herein, Natural Aesthetics makes no additional warranties—express or implied—regarding the device’s design, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of our devices.
Please be aware that our warranty is not a substitute for insurance; we strongly advise that you maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your practice.
VII. Indemnification
By using our devices, you agree to indemnify and hold Natural Aesthetics, its officers, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from the use or performance of our products.
VIII. Warranty Modifications & Withdrawal
Natural Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or withdraw this warranty statement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect devices that have already been installed and fully paid for before the date of modification.
IX. General Provisions
This Warranty Statement represents the entire agreement between you and Natural Aesthetics regarding the warranty of our devices, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. Additionally, Natural Aesthetics reserves the right to assign this warranty to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
