Natural Aesthetics Dental Laboratory Warranty Statement
We are dedicated to ensuring every dental device meets your highest expectations. If an issue occurs upon receipt or insertion, we are committed to adjusting, repairing, or replacing the device at no additional charge while preserving the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the shipment date.
I. Warranty Overview
Each device is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. If performance is unsatisfactory within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device, excluding clinical fees.
II. Warranty Duration & Device Coverage
Temporary appliances and repairs: 60 days. Fixed restorations, zirconia, select removable appliances and implant prosthetics: 2 years. G-CAM restorations, bars, and titanium abutments: 3 years. All-on-X restorations: 1 year. Unopened supplies and PPE may be returned within 30 days. Each adjustment or remake may be reviewed individually.
III. Warranty Claim Process
Include a brief explanation, original work authorization or proof of purchase, a new completed authorization when applicable, and all accompanying models, materials, and alloy. Accounts must be current and fully paid.
IV. Exclusions & Non-Warranty Items
Coverage does not include devices altered from their original condition, work performed by another laboratory, accidental damage, patient non-compliance, clinically requested changes that depart from original specifications, immediate dentures with inherently limited predictability, or devices manufactured by another company.
V. Extended Implant Limited Warranty
If an implant fails after final restoration placement and the manufacturer does not honor its warranty, Natural Aesthetics may reimburse the verifiable replacement-implant cost and remake the associated device when eligibility and claim requirements are met. Claims must be reported within 90 days of discovering the defect.
VI. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Except for this express warranty, Natural Aesthetics makes no additional express or implied warranty regarding design, performance, or fitness. Natural Aesthetics is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
VII. Indemnification
By using our devices, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Natural Aesthetics, its officers, employees, and representatives harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from product use or performance.
VIII. Warranty Modifications & Withdrawal
Natural Aesthetics may modify or withdraw this statement without prior notice. Changes do not affect devices installed and fully paid for before the modification date.
IX. General Provisions
This statement represents the entire warranty agreement and supersedes prior understandings. If one provision is unenforceable, remaining terms continue in full force. Natural Aesthetics may assign the warranty in the event of merger or acquisition.
